GTRN PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT

Please read the following privacy statement before proceeding.

The GTRN is committed to protecting the privacy of its members.

Information about members of the GTRN, including e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and other information stored in the GTRN member data base is solely the property of GTRN and or its member TRNs.

The GTRN does not provide member e-mail addresses to any outside party, including members of GTRN, except as allowed through the "Member Directory" on GTRN's web site.

The extraction of large amounts of information from the GTRN database, sometimes referred as "data mining", is expressly prohibited. No one, member or non-member, may gain access to the GTRN "Member Directory" on the GTRN web site in order to "mine" member data.

Members of GTRN are allowed to search the member database through the "Member Directory" on the GTRN's web site for individual members, subject to the provisions and restrictions of this Privacy Policy.

Non-members of the GTRN are forbidden from utilizing the GTRN web site to search for member information.

Occasionally, the GTRN may use a member's e-mail address to communicate items of news and interest to members. A member may "opt out" of receiving any communications via e-mail from us by requesting to be omitted from any of the GTRN e-mail distribution lists.

Purposeful attempts to subvert this policy are strictly prohibited.
